The service

ScanQuote is a subscription software service provided by Western Software Development. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your users, and the information entered into ScanQuote. Keep credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized access.

Pricing and billing

SQ SNAP is $19 per month with no setup fee. SQ FLOW is $195 per month. SQ PRO is $495 per month plus a one-time activation of $1,495. Subscriptions are billed monthly, month-to-month. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current month. You keep access until the period ends and may export your data.

Acceptable use

Do not use ScanQuote to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload malicious content, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Your data

You own the data you put into ScanQuote. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host and operate the service for you. See our Privacy Policy.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Western Software Development’s aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
