About ScanQuote

ScanQuote is software built specifically for the window and door industry — manufacturers, fabricators, dealers, replacement contractors, and glass shops. It starts where every job starts: the handwritten field measurement sheet.

There are three ways to use it. SQ SNAP digitizes handwritten window and door field sheets. SQ FLOWsends those structured measurements into the Excel or Google Sheets estimating system a company already uses — we do not own, modify or interpret your formulas. SQ PRO runs the full estimating, quoting, approval and order workflow inside ScanQuote.

We do not think spreadsheets are the enemy. Plenty of good window and door companies have an estimating workbook that works exactly the way they want. The problem we set out to remove is re-typing the same measurements over and over.

The product is built and operated by Western Software Development, an independent software company. We are self-funded, focused, and deliberately small. We work directly with the shops that use the software.

Accounts are set up with us rather than through self-service signup. PRO includes a one-time $1,495 activation, in which we configure your company, products, pricing, users, documents and workflow before your team goes live.
