What we collect

We collect the information you enter into ScanQuote — your company profile, users, customers, estimates, proposals, work orders, product catalog, pricing, and uploaded measurement sheets. We also collect standard account and log data (email, sign-in events, IP address, browser) to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

We use your data to run your ScanQuote account: authenticate users, store your work, deliver features, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your customer or estimate data to train third-party AI models.

You own your data

Your customers, estimates, proposals, and job history belong to you. You can export your data at any time. If you cancel, we will export your data on request and remove it from active systems within a reasonable period.

Subprocessors

ScanQuote runs on reputable cloud infrastructure providers for hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, and AI inference. These providers process data only on our instructions to deliver the service.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not run advertising trackers.
